Craig’s background in commercial development includes land development, construction on high-rise, mid-rise, warehouses, restaurants, parking structures, university housing, sports arenas, health clubs, and faith-based projects, mega malls, over 5.5 million square feet of commercial real estate in both the development and interior improvement work.
Craig’s residential work includes close to 3,000 units of apartments, both single and multiple, condominiums, and individual houses, supervising the construction development and managing all subcontractors on all development and tenant improvement work/full tenant build outs.
